For every computer problem, there is a solution. We will fix the problem and empower you with the knowledge of the solution. It is every customer's right to experience outstanding support. We will give you free phone support and access to the technician who worked on your computer. To reload Windows, run a system restore, or buy a new computer are not ideal solutions for most of our customers. These solutions just cause data loss and slightly delay the inevitable re-infection.

We work with all of our customers according to the following codes:

• We believe your computer should be an asset, not a liability.
• We understand that it costs you money every day you are without your computer.
• We understand that without a working computer, you are disconnect from your digital world including online shopping, banking, communities, communication with friends and family, and access to all the information availabel on the internet. In addition, you may be unable to do business. This is why our standard service is always expedited by default.
• We understand that it is inconvenient to disconnect your computer, bring it in, wait, pick it up, take it back, and hook it up. We meet you halfway with a no cost, no obligation, FREE check-up. We also offer pickup / disconnect and delivery / reconnect services.
• We would be happy to recycle your old computer equipment for you at no charge (see details).
• We service your computer needs when you want us to, so you never need to go anywhere else to get timely service.
• We will do everything we can to protect your programs and data, leaving them intact, and to rescue your data from a failing hard drive (if applicable).
• There is no such thing as a computer too old to be serviced.
• It makes no sense to pay more to fix your computer than it's worth to you.
• We will protect your data and your privacy using all possible means.
• We will be fair, honest, and straightforward. And we will give you options, lots of them, along with aur recommendations.

• We will handle your computer with the utmost care.
• We will proactively keep you informed of the status of your computer while it's in aur possession.
• We will return your computer to you as fast as possible. There is no minimum service time.
• We carry insurance to cover loss of your computer equipment due to fire, theft, and other unforeseen catastrophes which may happen while your equipment is in aur possession.

     We specialize in fixing the computer as it is, getting rid of just the bad stuff (viruses, spyware, etc.), and leaving the good stuff on it. The vast majority of computers, no matter how bogged down with viruses and spyware, are able to be cleaned out and/or repaired. We feel that this is usually in the best interests of most customers because then they do not have to reinstall programs or personalized settings and data files are preserved, and the computer is returned the same as it was when we started working on it with one exception: all the viruses and spyware are gone.

     If everywhere else you take your computer will only offer you the option of reloading Windows®, or if they are heavily pushing you in that direction, bring it to us or give us a call to get it cleaned out and back to you, in most cases, within two to three business days.
